【Calculation of Discounts】

  • New subscribers who apply for eligible services between February 1 and May 31, 2018 and start using the service by November 30, 2018 (application period may be extended).
  • The discount has been available continuously for services to single-unit homes since October 2014 and for services to multi-units since December 2014.
  • The discount for the first month will be calculated on a pro rata basis from the date the customer starts using the FLET'S HIKARI service until the last day of the month. The discount for the final month will be calculated on a pro rata basis from the first day of the month until the date the discount ceases to apply.
  • Customers who have received discounts or other special offers in the past may not be eligible.
