Provider Pack
Provider Pack is a service that allows you to select the ISP as a set along with the B FLET'S line when you sign up for a contract. FLET'S offers a lineup of 11 reliable ISPs from which to choose from.Each ISP has its own service content and membership benefits. So you can select the provider most suitable to your needs.

*2 Applications made for B FLET'S and provider services will be processed at the same time by NTT EAST. B FLET'S is a service that is provided based on a contract with NTT EAST, while the provider service is based on a contract with the provider.

This plan is renewed automatically every two years, and if the subscriber requests a mid-contract cancelation or change of course (including withdrawal from the service), they will be requested to pay a penalty of 3,150 yen to the provider. <Invoice method>
*Customers will be invoiced by NTT East for both the “FLET’S HIKARI Monthly Charge” and the “Provider Service Monthly Charge”. Also, customers can choose to be invoiced by NTT EAST for the “FLET'S HIKARI Monthly Charge", and by the provider for the "Provider Service Monthly Charge”. Please contact us for details.
<Notes regarding the free period>
* Areas supported by NTT EAST branches may differ to ordinary governmental regions. (Eg.) Even if the area that the FLET'S HIKARI is going to be used in is listed as "Saitama Prefecture", campaigns provided by the "Gunma Branch" may be applied.
* The period of Free Monthly Charge applies in all areas of Menumakojima in Kumagaya-shi, areas of Kazo-shi, and areas of Kamikawa-machi in Kodama-gun (in Saitama Prefecture), if using services in Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi, Nagano, Niigata, Miyagi, Fukushima, Iwate, Aomori, Yamagata, or Akita branch areas.
[Important points]
* These plans are designed for individual customers (except for @nifty, BIGLOBE, DTI, OCN, So-net, and WAKWAK).
* The above B FLET'S Mansion Type charges apply for a VDSL system with Plan 2 (when contracts for 16 or more users from a multi-unit or building unit are made at the same time under a single representative). This charge includes the VDSL equipment use charge of ¥367.5 (tax included).
* There is no initial charge for the provider service. (However, there may be initial charges if you sign up for optional services, etc.)
* Applications made for FLET'S HIKARI NEXT and provider services will be processed at the same time by NTT EAST. FLET'S HIKARI NEXT is a service that is provided based on a contract with NTT EAST, while the provider service is based on a contract with the provider.
* Optional service charges are not included in the above charges.
* If you already use one of the above providers for a FLET'S HIKARI NEXT plan, and want to change to a provider pack, then please apply to that provider.
* The BB.excite mail service is a charged optional extra (294 yen/month (tax included)). A one month charge will apply in the month that the customer starts using the service regardless of the number of days the service is actually used.
