Those who want to use this service for their personal use should select the "Hyper Family Type" or "Mansion Type".

A service for multiple subscribers to share an access section at up to 1G (Giga) bps^*. The service is mainly for subscribers who live in single-units.

* "Up to 1 Gbps" indicates the maximum transmission speed on the access section between the NTT EAST local switch and the optical network unit (ONU) installed at the subscriber's residence. The transmission speed of the subscriber is up to 100 Mbps. "Up to 1 Gbps" and "up to 100 Mbps" indicate maximum values based on technical standards. The actual Internet connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the subscriber's usage environment and line congestion.

Mansion Type has 6 service options and 3 wiring systems that are selected based on the subscriber's residence conditions.

Plan2	Available when 16 or more contracts from a multi-unit or building unit are made at the same time under a single representative.

* For a multi-unit that has installed a Mansion Type VDSL System, the transmission speed may be lower, up to 50 Mbps depending on the VDSL unit.

* The VDSL System and PNA System may experience lower transmission speeds and periods of down time due to DSL initiated events such as the status of multi-unit equipment, interference with other lines, and the influence of transmission equipment in the customer's home.
