B FLET'S charges vary depending on the service type. B FLET'S has two types of expenses. Each service type has monthly charges (monthly expenses) and a contract fee and installation charges (Initial expenses) at the time of signing up for a contract.

Mansion Type has six service options and four wiring systems that are selected based on the subscriber's residence conditions. Total charges vary depending on the combination of plan and wiring system selected. The service options are determined by the number of households expected to sign up. The wiring system is determined by a survey of the building interior after applying for service.
Monthly Expenses
Monthly charges for Mansion Type include B FLET'S monthly charge, equipment usage charge, and router usage charge.
1. The LAN wiring system has no equipment usage charge.
2. Not required if you do not rent a router or related equipment.

B FLET'S Monthly Charge
The monthly charge for Mansion Type varies depending on whether the service option is for the Optical Wiring System, the VDSL System, or the LAN Wiring System. The Wireless System has a single charge irrespective of the service option.

Equipment Usage Charge
Using the VDSL system, the wireless system, or the optical wiring system requires the payment of a monthly equipment charge in addition to the B FLET’S monthly charge. The equipment charge under each system is different. (See below)
