Those who want to use this service for their personal use should select the "Family Type" or "Mansion Type".
A service for multiple subscribers to share an access section at up to 1G (Giga) bps*. The service is mainly for subscribers who live in single-units.
* "Up to 1 Gbps" indicates the maximum transmission speed on the access section between the NTT EAST local switch and the optical network unit (ONU) installed at the subscriber's residence. The transmission speed of the subscriber is up to 100 Mbps. "Up to 1 Gbps" and "up to 100 Mbps" indicate maximum values based on technical standards. The actual Internet connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the subscriber's usage environment and line congestion.

* The access section (from ONU at multi-unit to NTT EAST local switch) has a transmission speed of up to 1 Gbps. The transmission speed of the subscriber is up to 100 Mbps. The actual Internet connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the subscriber's usage environment or the line congestion and in case of a multi-unit, the transmission method used in the building.
Mansion Type has 3 Plans and 3 Wiring Systems.

* The VDSL System may experience lower transmission speed and period of down time due to DSL initiated events such as the status of the multi-unit equipment, interference with other lines, and the influence of transmission equipment in the customer's home.
