About FLET'S HIKARI FLET'S HIKARI is the generic name for four types of Internet connection service: FLET'S HIKARI CROSS , FLET'S HIKARI NEXT, FLET'S HIKARI LIGHT, and FLET'S HIKARI LIGHT PLUS.
Note 1.NTT East’s operational circumstances may affect waiting times for start of services or service availability.
2.Internet usage requires a provider contract (charged separately) in addition to a FLET'S HIKARI contract.

Establishment fees

Contract charge (per contract): 880yen

Initial installation fees (for standard installation)

22,000yen

Initial payment of 3,300 yen
followed by 23 monthly payments of 779 yen and a final payment of 783 yen

Installations carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will incur an additional fee of 3,300 yen (If paying by installment, this fee will be added to the initial payment)
Different fees will apply to installations carried out during the year-end/New Year period. Please inquire for details.

Notes:

1. Initial installation fees may differ depending on the actual work required. Please inquire for details.

2. Customers may select one-off payment of the installation fee rather than paying by installment (total amount payable will be the same). They may also choose to pay off the balance remaining in a lump sum part way through the installment payment period.

Cautions when cancelling FLET'S HIKARI contract:

If a FLET'S HIKARI contract is cancelled part way through the installment payment period, the balance remaining will be payable in a lump sum.

Provider Services

Internet usage requires a contract with a provider offering FLET'S HIKARI services (separate monthly charges apply). Since some providers offer provider packs enabling customers to apply for FLET'S HIKARI services and provider services as a set, please also consider such packages.

HIKARI DENWA^*1

1. In addition to call charges, use of this service requires payment of monthly charges and establishment fees for other services including HIKARI DENWA and FLET'S HIKARI.

• In addition to monthly charges, each telephone number incurs a universal service fee and a telephone relay service fee. Charges are equivalent in amount to the per-telephone-number fee (unit price per number) determined by the organization supporting universal service and telephone relay services, and are reviewed in conjunction with changes in the unit price per number. About the universal service fee and the telephone relay service fee:

• The universal service fee is levied to ensure nationwide provision of universal service (subscriber telephones, public telephones, and emergency calls).

• The telephone relay service fee is levied to ensure provision of telephone relay services (services that enable two-way telephone communication for persons such as those with hearing impairments by means of sign language, etc.).

FLET'S TV
・FLET'S TV is a service that enables users to receive terrestrial and broadcast satellite (BS) digital broadcasts by means of contracts for telecommunications services provided by NTT East and broadcasting services provided by the SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (an appropriate TV and tuner are required).

U-NEXT

・In addition to a FLET'S HIKARI contract, use of video services requires a contract with a video service provider (separate establishment fees, monthly charges, etc. apply).
