The calling allowance does not apply to mobile phone lines or the lines of other carriers. The calling allowance included in the basic monthly charge is calculated at a rate of 3 min/¥8.4 (tax incld.). The maximum calling time will vary depending on the duration of each call. |

| From February 1, 2007, in addition to the charge above, there is a universal charge of ¥7.00 (¥7.35 tax incld.) per month on each phone number. This charge is used to maintain universal services such as subscriber lines, public phones, and the emergency call system. The expense per phone number (number unit) is published by the Telecommunications Carriers Association (TCA). |

Another feature includes having two separate rings for two phone numbers on one phone unit. |
