In single unit dwellings, a single optical connection is all that is required to watch terrestrial digital broadcasts on any number of TVs in the house.

* Installation of a shared connection point is required if a number of TVs are going to be used to receive terrestrial digital broadcasts (arranged by NTT EAST (charges apply) or by the customer).

* If customers are going to use the “FLET'S HIKARI” Mansion Type optical connection “FLET'S HIKARI” service, installation of a shared connection point required for connecting multiple TVs will not be provided.

As long as customers have a terrestrial and BS digital TV, there is no need for special terminals for watching channels, such as a tuner.
